Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. Bena Interiors uses both so-called session cookies, which are immediately deleted when the browser is closed, and persistent cookies, which are used beyond the session. Bena Interiors will use the data collected in this way - anonymously, of course - to customise its services even better to the needs of users. It uses cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable Bena Interiors to recognise your browser on your next visit. Some of these cookies are necessary for the operation of the website and are used to log in and save your consent to cookies that are not necessary. If you do not want the necessary cookies to be saved, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. The legal basis for the use of necessary cookies is Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests) of the GDPR. Legitimate interests within the meaning of the GDPR are the proper and secure functioning of the website and the optimisation of our offer. In addition, other cookies that are not absolutely necessary for the operation of the website may be stored only with your consent. Details in the following sections.
Google Tag Manager
For the purpose of effectively configuring the analytics services described below, Bena Interiors uses Google Tag Manager on this website, a service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
The Tag Manager is primarily used to transmit data to the Google Analytics and Google Ads services described below. It processes data itself only to the extent technically necessary, in particular the IP address of the accessing computer. The data passed on to the configured services is not analysed or stored. It has concluded a processor agreement with Google in which Google undertakes to comply with the standard contractual clauses defined by the EU Commission.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) of the GDPR.
The Google terms of use and further information on data protection can be found at the following links: https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/tag-manager/use-policy/ and http://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/
Google Analytics
With your consent, our website uses functions of the web analysis service ‘Google Analytics’ of the provider Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable the use of the website by your visitors to be analysed. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider's server and stored there. If you have consented to the use of Google Analytics, cookies are set in your browser that identify you when you visit our website again and allow us to distinguish visitors and analyse what you have viewed on previous visits to our website. As the privacy of our users is important to us, this data is pseudonymised, i.e. we cannot assign it to any specific person and do not know who the respective visitor was. We have activated the ‘IP anonymisation’ function on this website. This means that your IP address is truncated before it is transmitted to the USA and can no longer be assigned to a specific person. Only a rough localisation is possible. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. We have concluded an order processing contract with Google in which Google undertakes to comply with the standard contractual clauses defined by the EU Commission. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) of the GDPR.

Google Ads Conversion Tracking
Bena Interiors uses Google Ads Conversion Tracking, a service of the provider Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, to find out how well the adverts it places via the Google Ads service of the same provider work. These adverts are displayed in Google Internet Search and on other websites that include Google adverts. Google Ads Conversion Tracking allows Bena Interiors to determine whether you have viewed its website after seeing one of its adverts. It also measures whether you have bought something in Bena Interiors web shop, contacted it or subscribed to a newsletter on this occasion. If you have consented to the use of Google Ads Conversion Tracking, cookies will be set in your browser to enable Google to determine whether you have seen one of Bena Interiors adverts before you reach its website. In addition, Google recognises whether and which of the above-mentioned actions you have performed on Bena Interiors website. For technical reasons, the IP address of your computer is also transmitted to Google. The cookies expire after three months and Google stores the data obtained for the same period. Google only provides Bena Interiors with the results in anonymised form, i.e. it only receives a report with a statistical analysis that does not contain any personal data. It has concluded an order processing contract with Google in which Google undertakes to comply with the standard contractual clauses defined by the EU Commission.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG and Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) of the GDPR.
